Yolanda Ventura

Yolanda Ventura Ramos was the oldest daughter of Isabel Ramos and Carlos Ventura, she was born in San Salvador, El Salvador. After a short educational training she taught first grade for 8 years. She had two children Carlos Alberto Cruz and America Eloisa Christensen. In 1968, Yolanda emigrated to the United States and settled in Los Angeles, CA where she loved living for 52 years and the last 3 years in Fort Collins, CO She was proud of becoming a business owner, homeowner and a US citizen.

She leaves a legacy of hard work, perseverance and loyalty to her family and unfailing generosity. She helped her family come to the US as well as other friends. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints where she donated toys for the children during Christmas. She was happy in her home in El Sereno, CA where she shared the bounty from her avocado and fruit trees with friends and neighbors. One of her pride and joys was her rose garden, where she had a variety of roses.

She was preceded in death by her brother Roberto Ramos and her parents. She is survived by her two children, Carlos Alberto Cruz (CO) and America Christensen (Richard, CO); four grandchildren, Tiffany Whitsitt (CO), Robert Christensen (UT), Rachel Richards (Stephen,TX), and Michael Christensen (CO); two great grandchildren, Jaxon and Fiona Richards (TX); her two sisters Lidia Claros (Eduardo, NC) Ana Ramos (CO); nieces and nephews, Eddie Claros (Cami, CA) Karen Stephens (Ashley, NC) Cindy Arriagada (Jorge, NC) Jenny Castellanos (CO) Pierre Castellanos (Mariana,CO) Johnny Castellanos (CO) Hazel and Issac (CO) Ingrid Pimienta (Mark,CA) Vanessa Pimienta (CA) Mark Pimienta (CA) Alyssa Pimienta (CA) Carlos Ramos (Natalie,CA) Brandie Ramos (CA).

Viewing will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens 8426 US-287, Fort Collins, CO 80525 on Thursday July 20, 2023 from 7-9pm. Services will be on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 10:30am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints at 6521 Carmichael Street, Fort Collins, CO 80528. Yolanda descanso en los brazos de su amoroso Salvador el pasado Miercoles, 5 de

Julio del 2023. Fallecio en casa rodeada de sus hijos.

Yolanda Ventura Ramos fue la hija mayor de Isabel Ramos y Carlos Ventura, nacio en San Salvador, El Salvador. Por ocho años ella enseño a niños de primer grado. Tuvo dos hijos Carlos Alberto Cruz y America Eloisa Christensen. En el 1968, Yolanda emigro a Los Estados Unidos al estado de California (Los Angeles) donde vivio por 52 años. Vivio en Fort Collins, Colorado los ultimos 3 años. Estaba orgullosa de ser duena de un negocio, dueña de su casa y ciudadana estadounidence.

Nos deja un legado de trabajo duro, perseverancia, y lealtad a su familia y generosidad. Tambien le ayudo a su familia y sus amigos a emigrar a los Estados Unidos. Ella fue miembro de la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días, donaba juguetes para los niños durante las fiestas navidenas. Disfrutaba su casa en El Sereno, California donde compartia su gran cosecha de aguates y fruta con su familia y amigos. Una de sus mas grandes alegrías era su jardin de rosas.

Le antecedioron sus padres y su hermano Roberto Ramos.

Le sobreviven sus dos hijos, Carlos Alberto Cruz (CO) y America Christensen (Richard, CO); sus cuatro nietos Tiffany Whitsitt (CO), Robert Christensen (UT), Rachel Richards (Stephen,TX), y Michael Christensen (CO); sus dos bisnietos, Jaxon y Fiona Richards (TX); sus dos hermanas, Lidia Claros (Eduardo, NC) y Ana Ramos (CO), sus nietos y nietas Eddie Claros (Cami, CA) Karen Stephens (Ashley, NC) Cindy Arriagada (Jorge, NC) Jenny Castellanos (CO) Pierre Castellanos (Mariana,CO) Johnny Castellanos (CO) Hazel y Issac (CO) Ingrid Pimienta (Mark,CA) Vanessa Pimienta (CA) Mark Pimienta (CA) Alyssa Pimienta (CA) Carlos Ramos (Natalie,CA) Brandie Ramos (CA).

La velación para Yolanda se llevará acabo el dia Jueves 20 de Julio del 2023 de 7:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. en la funeraria Resthaven Memory Gardens 8426 US-287, Fort Collins, Colorado.

Los servicios funebres se llebaran acabo el dia Viernes 21 de Julio del 2023 a las 10:30 a.m. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints at 6521 Carmichael Street, Fort Collins, Colorado 80528.
