

Antonio “Tony” D’Antuono Jr., 90 of Placentia, CA passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025. He was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 21, 1935 to Antonio D’Antuono and Antoinette Cornacchoine. He was one of 13 brothers and sisters. Antonio joined the Navy in 1957 and earned his GED during that time. He spent 4 years in active duty and an additional 2 years in the reserves. He received several awards during his time in the service, including the Good Conduct Medal.
Antonio married the love of his life, Luann Christensen on November 15, 1963. Together they had 5 children: Keith, Romney, Marc, Scott and Lara. Antonio took great pride in providing for his family and even built a family room addition to their home. He worked as an auto parts warehouse supervisor for General Motors for over 30 years and retired in 1991.
Antonio was a man of great faith and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints since 1962.He was a proud Italian and enjoyed researching his family genealogy. One of his favorite vacations was spent in Italy, where he visited his parents home provinces. Antonio enjoyed dancing and loved watching football and baseball.
He is survived by his wife Luann, children: Keith, Romney, Marc, Scott and Lara, grandchildren: Isabelle, Justice, Mia, Antoinette, Nathan, Kurt, Kara, Lucas, Olivia, Jack, Josie, Keaton, and Warner, great-grandchildren Elijah and Dimitri. He is also survived by his siblings Joe, Lewis, Rose, Jack and Shirley.
Tony will be laid to rest in Whittier, CA at Rose Hills Memorial Park on Saturday, October 18, 2025. He will be greatly missed.
