Barbara L. Green, 88, of Fullerton, California lived a full and blessed life serving the Lord at the First Evangelical Free Church, enjoying family and friends, traveling the world, and donating her time to many community organizations. Born in Indiana, Barbara graduated from Purdue University where she met her husband, George. The couple settled in Fullerton and within her 54 years of residing in the city, Barbara raised three children, managed the kitchen at the First Evangelical Free Church, and was actively involved with the Republican Women's Federation. Her life exemplified a devout Christian by serving as a loving wife, mother figure to several others in addition to her own, and touching many lives throughout the community. Barbara will be deeply missed and is survived by her three children and their spouses, seven grandchildren, and many other family members and friends who all loved her dearly. To honor her life, a memorial service will be held at the First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton on Monday, October 27th, at 11:00 a.m.
