We will always remember Charlene as the friend who lived up the street from us. We met Charlene during one of our Church progressive dinners, and from that point on, we were connected. Charlene was always sharp - she shared a lot of things with us, and always remembered our birthdays and anniversary! She was a great story teller. We have fond memories of driving Charlene to Church and listening to stories about her family, career, and/or the city that we lived in. Charlene was a faithful servant and great role model in the Church. We miss her, but find peace knowing that we have another angel watching over us.

I knew Charlene from the Chino church of Christ. She impressed me as a devoted Christian lady who loved the Lord and His church deeply. She was a wonderful example to me in that while she was still physically able, her dedication never faltered. I look forward to the day when we will see her again on the other side of Jordan. My deepest condolences to the Osborne family. 

I was very sad to hear of Charlene's passing.  She was a special person.  I did not know her for a lot of years, bru she always had a smile and was very friendly to everyone.  She will be missed by her friends at church, both at South Hils and at Chino.  She was very generous and always wanted to share her Time Share at Big Bear with other Christian Women.  Charlene will be missed.   

Charlene is remembered as a kind and gentil person ,always concern about others well fair . Our sister in Christ will be miss, may she rest in peace until the LORD JESUS CHRIST returns . Our condolences to her family .

I have known Charlene since I moved to California 26 years ago.  She always had tremendous energy!  And she always wanted to be involved in every event the church had.  She even attended the youth events right up until her passing, if she could get a ride.  She always dressed nicely, including wearing heals to all events.  She loved the Lord, and she loved her church family.   - Roma Lacuata

Charlene was always an active member of the South Hills congregation.  She sent out countless birthday cards and notes of encouragement over the years.  She was also very generous with her hugs on Sundays.  Living to age 97, she attended the funerals of her many friends and it was always very important to her that the memorial service be done “right.”   She is with her friends now and we are thankful to know she is happy and free from pain and physical ailments in the presence of the Lord.  - Jim & Kari Lloyd

I am sad to hear of her passing. I believe she spent most of her fascinating and challenging life preparing for its end.
