Donna Dee Otero Simms, 81, of Fullerton, CA entered to Eternal Life on July 14, 2014. She was born January 27, 1933 in Santa Barbara, CA. An alumnus of Manual Arts High School in Los Angeles, CA. Donna was married to William Simms who preceded her in death. Donna enjoyed her many hours of volunteer work she did at Western Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA. Donna was a wonderful and caring wife, mother of five, grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of three. Donnas last year she felt and received much love from the owners and care givers at Amazing Grace and Care in Fullerton, CA. Donna will be missed by all that loved her.
