Floyd O. Smeltz, 91, died peacefully in his sleep 5/27/14. He is survived by Dorothy, his wife of 66 years, his children Rosemary Frid, Frank Smeltz, Paul Smeltz and Martha Kinsley, their spouses, 11 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren with a 16th on the way.
