Frances, 81, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on January 12, 2019.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bill Skalla, her children Debbie Bates, Christy Rapattoni, John Skalla, Katy Teter and their spouses. Frances was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held at St. Juliana’s on Sunday, January 20th at 7:00 PM with a Funeral Mass on Monday, January 21st at 10:00 AM.
