

Frank’s journey began in Guanajuato, México, where he was welcomed into this world by his parents, Francisco Gonzalez Hernandez and Margarita Rodriguez Hernandez. He was the 5 child out of 13 children.
In 1975 Frank graduated from Mountain View High School. He Served the United State National Guard Army as a mechanic from 1975-1981. At the age of 22 he joined the Carpenter’s union where he constructed many freeways in southern California; after 36 years he retired.
Kico was artistic in many ways, he enjoyed drawing, making cards, mechanics, and building. He was a man of many trades and had a generous heart.
Francisco leaves behind his children; Elizabeth & “Jaime” Tejada, Clarissa & “Raul” Melendez, Rosario Hernandez, Cathy & “Raymond” Rojas and grandchildren; Ray & “Leah” Casillas, Jacob & “Kim” (fiancé) Casillas, Breanna Logan, Aayliah Logan, Alexis Casillas, Jazmine Logan, Alyssa Casillas, Roxanne Rojas, Raymond Rojas, Jaime Tejada and Zoe Rojas and great-grandchildren; Rayleen Casillas, Nathaniel Casillas, Jayden Tejada and Isabella Casillas and sisters; Elvira & “Guillermo” Velasquez, Rosa & “Ricardo” Rios and Maggie & “Julio” Escamilla.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Friday, April 11, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, 902 N. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92832. A funeral service will occur Friday, April 11, 2025 from 11:00 AM . A graveside service will occur Friday, April 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 Santiago Cyn Rd, Orange, CA 92869.
