Jean Bearden, age 95, passed away Friday, August 18, 2023 at Gordon Lane Care Center.
She was born February 15, 1928 in Dallas, Texas. Jean was self-employed, and owner of two china shops before retiring in Murrieta, California. She was preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Irene (Boyd) Witt, her husband of 49 years William Louie Bearden Jr., and daughter Gloria Virene Thompson.
She is survived by her two daughters Linda Woodall and Juli Dierks, six grandchildren, and her eleven great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff of Gordon Lane Care Center for their compassion and care for Jean during her stay there, and also Providence Hospice Orange County under whose expert care she had been since April of this year.
Following a private family graveside service, she will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California.
