Joseph Frank Estrella passed away on September 16, 2021 unexpectedly following a surgical procedure. He was the fourth child born to his parents, Jennie Hernandez and Frank Estrella. A few years later, his father remarried and had two children. Joseph was raised by his grandmother, Balbina Placensia. Later in life, he settled in East Los Angeles and then relocated in Montebello, until present. Unfortunately, Joseph never married nor had any children. He is survived by his sister, Eileen Estrell Garcia, brother, Richard Hernandez, stepbrother and sister; Jerry and Rebecca Estrella, 4 nieces, and 2 nephews.
