Joseph Louis Torchia was born in Norwich, CT on December 7, 1944. He passed away in Fullerton, CA on January 18, 2024.
He is survived by his wife Carol, daughter Tammy and her husband Blake, daughter Deanna, daughter Lori and her husband John, his 4 grandsons, Blake Jr, Trevor, Garrett, Shane, his sister Carol and niece and nephew Sandy and Terry.
He proudly served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. After returning home he became a police officer with the Riverside Police Department. A celebration of Joseph’s life date is TBD.
