Juan Chacon Jr., 57 of Yorba Linda passed away Friday, April 29, 2016. He is survived by his beautiful wife Rowena, sons, Mariano, Silo, Eric and Phillip, daughter, Natalie and grandchildren, Tony, Ryder, Thalia, Avelaka, Amelia, Moyla, Taylen, Ayden and Temet. Across five decades, Juan experienced life to the fullest. Through it all, he was driven by hard work, his faith and the love of his family.Memorial Services will be held at McAulay & Wallace Mortuaries, 902 N.
