Lee served in the Army during the Korean War, and was Sergeant of the Guard for 8,000 POW's. Lee came home from the war in 1953 and six months later moved to California. After moving to Anaheim, CA, he was employed with Robertshaw Controls for 29 years.

The folks retired in 1987 to Hemet, CA until February 2002, moving back to Orange County and residing in Yorba Linda for the last 22 years. Dad enjoyed making wooden crafts, camping, puzzles and any western movies and old western T.V. shows.

Left to cherish his memory are his children; Bob, Cheryl, and Steve. Lee was preceded in death by his parents, wife Penny, and sister, Maxine Hopkins.
