Marilyn C. Houk passed away peacefully and surrounded by family members on December 27, 2013 in her daughter's home in Austin , Texas. Marilyn was born January 2nd, 1932 in Chillicothe,Ohio to Harvey and Ruth (Recob) Caldwell. She moved to Southern California in the 1950's and met Jack R. Houk at McDonnell Douglas They married and settled into their new home to start a family in Anaheim. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Sheila Houk and partner Sonja Marinkovic, grandson Tristan Houk of Austin, TX; her son Brad Houk of Anaheim; her brother. Harvey (Bud) Caldwell Jr. and wife Julie of Quinton, VA. and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be 12 PM Mon. Jan. 6 at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, Fullerton. Burial to follow at Loma Vista Memorial Park.
