Martin J.Hemmer, 67, Yorba Linda, Ca., formerly of Johnstown, Pa, passed away peacefully March 2, 2015. Born March 19, 1947. Son of late Martin Joseph and Mary Evelyn (Lewis) Hemmer. Preceded in death by siblings Mary Elizabeth (Babe) Hemmer, Clarence Robert (Rip) (Norma) Hemmer, Gertrude Ellen Hemmer. Survived by wife Marie (Giorgianni), daughters Lisa (Juan) Rodriguez, Michelle (Dale) Halverson, Gina (Chris) Jacques and seven grandchildren, sister Frieda Louise (Frank) Bobak, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who have shown their love and devotion over the years. Marty was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Marty was a proud 1965 graduate of Johnstown High School and California State University, Fullerton. Retired from Beckman Coulter, Marty enjoyed golfing, traveling, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held at St. Martin De Porres Catholic church, Yorba Linda, on Friday March 13, 2015, at 10:00am.
