Matthew Thomas Guptill, age 52, a 25 year resident of Yorba Linda, passed away in his home on September 24, 2018. Matthew's mother, Kathy Guptill, predeceased him in 2012. Matthew is survived by his father, Joel Guptill (Rosemary); a brother, Martin J. Guptill (partner Audrey); half-brother, Joel S. Guptill (Jill) and niece, Lucy. Matthew's Aunt Eileen Corcoran predeceased him several years ago. Matthew is also survived by his aunt, Sister Mary (aka Kristen) Corcoran, Uncle Brian Corcoran of Ukiah, CA and Paul Corcoran of Denver, CO. A memorial service for Matthew will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel at McAuley and Wallace located at 18311 Lemon Drive, Yorba Linda. Matt's friends are invited to attend a small reception after the service at the Main Street Restaurant in Yorba Linda. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your local animal shelter.
