Renee Lakatos (Webb) of Las Cruces, NM passed away on November 11, 2013. She had been in failing health in recent years. Renee was born in Fullerton, CA on March 14, 1960 to Frank and Barbara Lakatos. She was their 4th and youngest child. Renee attended St. Marys Catholic School in Fullerton and Fullerton High School. Renee married Fred Webb in 1983. They lived in Riverside, CA with their three dogs; Bear, Moomoo and Bogey. Renee eventually moved to Las Cruces, NM and lived with her beloved hounddog, Durante, until her death. Renee is survived by her mother, Barbara of Fullerton, CA; sister Carol (Hooker) of Creswell, OR; brother Frank of Fresno, CA and sister Denise of Fullerton, CA. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Renee was preceded in death by her father, Frank, many beloved aunts, uncles, grandparents and her three dogs. Viewing will be 2- 4 PM and 6-8 PM on Sunday, November 17 at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, Fullerton. A funeral mass will be held at 9:30 am on Monday, November 18 at St. Marys Catholic Church, 400 W. Commonwealth in Fullerton.
