His people had been successful yeoman farmers and merchants.
He moved to California in 1954 and found a vocation in the burgeoning aerospace Industry.
He possessed unique abilities in design engineering that led him to leadership on projects as diverse as weapons and space flight.
A man of many interests, he was a pilot, a student of history, and a lover of poetry.
He is survived by hi wife and life’s companion, his three grown children, and the multitude of people whose lives he touched.
He was a humble man and a generous soul.
Peace.
