Born in Malasiqui, Philippines, she later made her home in Garden Grove, California, before settling in Payson, Utah.
Victoria was the devoted wife of Ramon Lomeli and the cherished mother of Randy Lomeli and Mary Jane Lomeli Corro Lopez. She was also a proud grandmother to Darren James Corro, who brought her endless joy.
Victoria was known for her passion for cooking, and her joy in traveling and serving others. Whether it was a warm bowl of pansit or a comforting word, she always knew how to make people feel loved. Her hands were never idle, and her heart was always open.
