William Robert Payne, born on July 11, 1943, passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 82.

A Memorial Mass will be held on August 19, 2025, at 10:30 am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, located at 19767 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886. A reception will follow at the Family Residence starting at 12:00 pm.
