William M. Porrazzo passed away peacefully on October 22, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on February 9, 1959, to Charlie and Patricia Porrazzo, William lived a life defined by devotion—to his family, his friends, and the countless people whose lives he touched along the way.
He was an extraordinary son, husband, father, coach, mentor, and friend. William had an innate ability to make everyone around him feel seen and valued. Whether offering a word of encouragement, a helping hand, or a warm smile, he led with kindness, humor, and integrity.
In 1982, William married the love of his life, Belinda. Together they built a beautiful life and a loving family, raising three children—Jeremy, Natasha, and Amanda—who were the light of his world. William was a devoted husband and father, and his family was the heart of everything he did. He cherished every moment spent with them, whether coaching from the sidelines, sharing stories over dinner, or creating lasting memories on family adventures. His steady presence, wisdom, and unwavering love will remain forever in their hearts.
William took great pride in his life’s work. As the founder and leader of Performance Concrete, he poured his heart into building a company known for its craftsmanship, precision, and pursuit of excellence. Since 1984, Performance Concrete has set the standard in delivering the highest-quality site concrete projects to clients with demanding schedules and expectations of excellence. By pushing the envelope of decorative and architectural concrete and combining it with accelerated site production, William and his team earned a reputation held by few—embodying the company’s proud motto: Performance Concrete – Quicker, Faster, Better.
To William, his employees were more than colleagues—they were family. He valued their dedication and took immense pride in their shared accomplishments, knowing that each project reflected not just hard work, but heart and integrity cast in concrete and reputation alike.
He leaves behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and excellence that will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his life ended far too soon, the impact he made—both personally and professionally—will endure for generations.
William will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will live on in the love he gave, the company he built, and the lives he shaped.
