Ana fue una esposa y madre amorosa y dedicada.

Ana luchó muy duro durante 14 meses contra el cáncer de estómago y páncreas. Ella nunca se dio por vencida. Ella siempre luchó hasta el final.La vamos a extrañar mucho.

Ana Vilma Portillo was born on June 29, 1981 and died on April 4, 2019.

She is survived by her husband Juan Francisco Chacón Carranza and her children; Katerine Melissa Chacón Portillo, Francisco Alecander Chacón Portillo, and Juan Francisco Chacón Portillo.

Ana was a loving and dedicated spouse and mother. Ana fought hard for fourteen months against cancer of the stomach and pancreas. She never gave up and fought until the end. She will be greatly missed.

Friends and family can visit DeVol Funeral Home at 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 on Sunday April 7, 2019 from 6pm-8pm.A mass and Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 9 at 11:00 am with lunch to follow. St Rose of Lima, 11701 Clopper Road Gaithersburg, MD 20878
