Charles G. Tinkler, Jr. ?Charlie? of Gaithersburg, MD, died suddenly on Thursday, March 17, 2016. He is the beloved father of Emily Duggan and her husband Sean of Poolesville, MD and Katie Tinkler of Wilmington, NC. and the dear brother of Susan Crizer, Catonsville, MD and Dan Tinkler of Essex, MD.
Friends may visit at the Central Baptist Church, 7271 Muncaster Mill Road, Rockville, MD 20855 on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. when his memorial service will begin.
Interment will be held privately at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to either the above church or to American Cancer Society, 7500 Greenway Center Drive, Suite 300, Greenbelt, MD 20770.
