Passed away on March 6, 2017, of Ocean Pines, MD, at age 79. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Clyde worked at USC&GS for many years, then at the International Boundary Commission for the U. S. and Canada, where he rose to the rank of Deputy Commissioner. Loving husband of Kay Moore; cherished father of Annette Mannix (Mike) of Mt. Airy, MD, and Mark Moore (Tawanna) of Alexandria, VA; doting grandfather of J.J. Mannix; beloved brother of D. Ann Thompson and brother-in-law of Don Higgins.
Visitation to be held Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. until the service at 11:00 a.m. at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 E. Deer Park Dr., Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
