Dolores M. Dougherty, 96, of Montgomery Village, MD, passed away on February 17, 2018. Loving wife of the late Robert W. Dougherty; devoted mother of Theodor J. Dougherty; cherished grandmother of Mike, Greg, and Julie; beloved great-grandmother of Raquel, Julius, Matthew Jr., Michael, and Sasha. A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 22, at 11:00 a.m. at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 E. Deer Park Dr., Gaithersburg, MD. Interment private.
