On Sunday, March 20, 2016 Doris Eva Athey Brown of Gaithersburg, MD formerly of Burtonsville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Samuel G. Brown. Loving mother of Colleen Wootten (Larry) and Ronald Brown (Pam); grandmother of Dr. Patricia Leary (Calvin), Lawrence Wootten Jr.(Joyce), David Wootten (Penny), Scott Wootten (Jennifer), Kelly Zoller (James) and Krystin Locantore (Nick). Also survived by 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Friends may call at Liberty Grove United Methodist Church, 15225 Old Columbia Pike, Burtonsville, MD 20866 on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 10 to 11 am with funeral service to begin at 11 am.
