Loving husband of the late Martha Ann “Terri” Carter and beloved father of E. Andre Carter and the late Antionette Carter Willis. He is survived by granddaughters Grace, Maxine, Jayne, Kelina & Gabrielle and great grandchildren Josiah and Carter.
