

He is survived by his wife, Jeanne of 53 years; his sister, Alvera Wathen; his daughter, Lara and son-in-law, David Fisher; his son Jami and daughter-in-law, Heather Casamento; his daughter Dana and son-in-law, Chas Richardson; and grandchildren, Nicolas, Colin and Justin Fisher; Peyton and Bria Casamento; Tiger, Dylan and Layla Jean Richardson.
Frankie grew up at 3232 O Street in Georgetown and his many friendships lasted a lifetime. He worked at the Army Map Service until he retired. He was an active Georgetown Big Brother. He loved his family and he enjoyed dancing, bowling, fishing, and partying. As a family, we made a yearly trip to Rehoboth Beach during the summer with one day reserved for drinks at Harpoon Hanna’s.
A Memorial Mass for Frankie will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Bartholomew’s Church, 6900 River Road, Bethesda, MD 20817. (301) 229-7933. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
