Wiggins of Derwood, MD.  Beloved husband of Thresia Zacharias; loving father of Cindy (Sam) Rine, Steve (Lynne) Wiggins, Renee (Todd) Stephens and the late Melanie Wootten; son of the late James Horace and Annie Mae of Gadsen, AL; brother of Robert "Bob" Wiggins and the late Don Wiggins and James Horace Wiggins Jr.; grandfather of  Amanda, Ashley, Ryan, Kyle, Emily, Ross, Gavin and Madilynne; great grandfather of Maverick; loving uncle to Treecy Joseph.  Friends may call at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 (301) 946-6800 on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm.  Funeral services will be held at Redland Baptist Church, 6922 Muncaster Mill Road, Rockville, MD 20855 (301) 997-1000 on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 11 am.  Interment All Souls Cemetery, Germantown, MD.  If desired contributions may be made in his name to Redland Baptist Church.
