Jean S. Snyder

Jean S. Snyder, 95, a resident of Asbury Methodist Village, Gaithersburg, MD passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 30, 1926, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Vera Bell Spurrier. Jean worked for the American Speech and Hearing Association for 20 years. She enjoyed the beach and was an avid bridge player. Jean loved being with her family especially during family celebrations.

She is survived by her two daughters, Karen Rosemier, and Lisa Snyder and spouse Lynne DeMent; two grandchildren Diana Humphrey and husband Brian, and Tricia D’Achille and husband Gary; four great-grandchildren Lyla and Brian Humphrey, Jr., and Emma and Sophia D’Achille.

A memorial service will be held at Asbury Methodist Village, The Memorial Guild Chapel Upper Level Park View, 211 Russell Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
