

Our beloved husband, son, and soon-to-be father, Jeremy Matthew Gaspar, D.O., 32, died Saturday, December 16, 2017 due to injuries suffered when his vehicle was struck by a truck. The accident also claimed the life of his mother-in-law, Terry Ann Hunt, and his beloved dog, Baylee.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial will be 4 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 6150 Pershing Avenue, Fort Worth. A Reception will follow the Mass. Visitation: 2-4 p.m. Thursday at the church. Jeremy was born December 5, 1985 in Walnut Creek, CA, the son of Julian and Jayanthi Gaspar. He graduated from A&M Consolidated High School, received his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M, and his osteopathic degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth and was a Hospitalist at Medical City Fort Worth and a Clinical Assistant Professor for UNTHSC. He was a member of numerous professional medical organizations.
He enjoyed bike riding and playing his guitar.
Survivors: His wife, Lauren; eagerly anticipating the birth of his daughter, Aria; parents, Julian and Jayanthi Gaspar; brother, Philip Anthony Gaspar; father-in-law, Charles Hunt; sister-in-law, Jessica Hunt; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces in the Gaspar, Chinnaraj and Hunt families.
