On Sunday, October 2, 2016, JoAnn Theresa Hamill of Rockville, MD.  Beloved wife of the late Russell Edward Hamill, Jr., loving mother of Russell Edward Hamill III (Paula) and Mary Lalos (Dimitri), grandmother of Anthony, Madilyn, Dylan, Lyndsay and Jackson Hamill and Katherine and Dimitri Lalos, predeceased by both parents John J. and Josephine Meehan and sister Patricia Detig.  Friends may call at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 on Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 520 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD 20852 on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 10 am.  Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Rockville , MD.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to HEROES Inc (heroes.org) or  Children's Hospital Foundation (www,childrensnational.org).
