On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, John M. Swagart, Jr. of Rockville, MD passed away at his residence surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Suzanne “Suzy” Swagart; loving father of Tricia Swagart, John M. Swagart, III and Abigail Cervera (Cesar); grandfather of Matthew, Josephine, Adriana and Alessandra; brother of Emily Gaylord, Vicki Harringer and Dorothy Reardon; son of Eftehia Basiliko Swagart and the late John M.
