

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Juan "Tito" Padilla, who departed this life on March 10, 2025, in Bethesda, Maryland, at the age of 70.
Born on September 25, 1954, in Washington, D.C., to Roberto and Adela Padilla,Tito dedicated much of his life to his work and family. He owned and operated Padilla Dental Laboratory, where he took great pride in his craft. Later in life, he made the selfless decision to retire from his business to help care for his father, demonstrating his deep devotion to family.
Tito was a kind and loving son, brother, and friend. A devout Catholic, his faith was a guiding force throughout his life. He found joy in spending time with his nieces and nephews and had a special love for animals, especially his beloved cat Kamani, who will surely meet him again in heaven.
He is survived by his siblings, Gustavo Padilla and his spouse Maria Eleonora, Mina Kushner and her spouse Cliff, Miguel Padilla and his spouse Hannah, Jaime Padilla, and Adelita Nelson and his many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Adela Padilla, and his brother Pablo Padilla.
A funeral service will be held to honor both Juan "Tito" Padilla and his father Roberto Augusto Padilla on April 22, 2025, at Saint Raphael Catholic Church, located at 1513 Dunster Rd., Rockville, Maryland 20854. The service will begin at 10:30 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, please donate in Tito's memory to the local ASPCA
Tito’s kindness and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who loved him.
