Katherine Perros Bacas, of Germantown, MD passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Born on February 28, 1932 in Washington, DC to the late Sotirios and Anastasia Perros. Loving wife of the late Aristotle A. Bacas. Katherine is survived by her three children, Deborah Berch (Neal), Angelos Bacas (Kasia) and Soterios Bacas (Josephine); her brother Antonios Perros and sister in law Paulette; and her 7 wonderful grandchildren, Nicholas(Erin), Zachary and Thomas Berch, Michael, Alexandra and Christopher(Melissa) and Andrew Bacas; and 3 adoring great-grandchildren Jack, Luke and Sam Berch, and so many more wonderful family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 7701 Bradley Blvd, Bethesda, MD 20817, followed by a Mass starting at 11:00AM. The interment will take place after the service at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 4111 Pennsylvania Ave., Suitland, MD.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
