Mr. Merle S. Uskievich, 70 of Rockville, MD passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at his residence. He was born on May 18, 1947 in Woonsocket, RI to the late Raymond and Anne Raebeck Uskievich. Mr. Uskievich received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Temple University and received his Master’s Degree from Penn State University. He received a Chartered Life Underwriting Degree (CLU) from the American College and was a Certified Financial Planner. Early in his career he was a teacher at Chester High School in Chester, PA. and later became an owner and agent of Alpha Group Insurance Agency located in Rockville, MD for over 30 years. He enjoyed photography, computers and operated the Alpha Group Animal Rescue, Inc. Mr. Uskievich is survived by his wife of 46 years Susan A. Uskievich.
