Michael Patrick Long

Michael was the loving son of Ken & Christine Long and beloved brother of Hannah (Chris) Aiken, Andrew Long, & Kevin Long. He is also survived by his wonderful grandmothers Patricia Fatzinger, Mary Anne Long, & Helen Fatzinger. Michael also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends to cherish his memory. He will be joining his grandfathers, Walter R. Fatzinger Jr. and Michael Long, in eternal life.

Michael’s passion for movies and screenwriting will always be cherished, but above all, it’s his infectious spirit and the laughter he brought to those around him that will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Friends and family may pay their respects at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD on Monday, October 20th from 5pm-8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Visitation Parish, 14139 Seneca Rd, Germantown, MD on Tuesday, October 21st at 10am. Burial will follow at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
