Michael Wayne Umberger of South Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD, was found deceased in a field around the 12600 block of Great Seneca Highway, Germantown, MD, on February 26, 2018. He was born on August 15, 1959, and was raised in Rockville, MD. For many years, Michael Wayne was a land surveyor who loved the Redskins, the Orioles, baseball, horse races, Budweiser, and most of all he loved his family and friends.
He joins his late mother Helen L. Swann-Umberger; his late father MacDonald K. Umberger, Sr.; and late brothers Billy Swann and Macdonald K. Umberger Jr. He leaves behind his sister Diane Kuster; daughters Michelle Umberger, Nicole Umberger, and Ashley Frank-Covert; grandchildren Nathaniel Umberger-Snyder, Jamal Copeland, Riley Copeland, and Kaeden Covert; and many other friends and family.
