Born in Washington DC, on June 28, 1941. Loving daughter to the late Adrian and Charlotte Carroll. Sally is survived by her children, Darlene Betancourt and Cary Pearson.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD. The burial will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD and it will be private.
