Sarina was born on January 5, 1931, the fourth child of Salvatore Mancari and his wife, Francesca Consolo. She lived a long and full life defined by faith, strength, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She witnessed nearly a century of change and carried with her a wisdom and grace that touched everyone who knew her.
She married William L. Rowe in 1960, and together they had four children: Antoinette, William Jr., Vincent, and Salvatore.
Sarina was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family was the most important part of her life and her greatest pride and joy. She created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. She had a gift for making people feel welcome and cared for—whether through a home-cooked meal, a kind word, or simply her presence.
Her faith in the Sacred Heart was as strong as her commitment to family, guiding her through life and serving as the foundation for the love, compassion, and resilience she shared with others.
She is survived by her sibling, Salvatore Mancari; her children: Antoinette; William (Tracey); Vincent (Carolyn); and Salvatore (Siobhan); her grandchildren: Craig, Victoria, Mike, Cassie, and Saoirse; and her great-grandchildren: Raelyn, Samuel, Thea, and Abigail—all of whom will forever cherish her memory and the lessons she passed down through generations.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Rowe Sr.; her siblings: Joseph Mancari, Rosina Mancari, and Anthony Mancari; and her grandchild, Keith W. Rowe.
Sarina will be remembered for her faith in the Sacred Heart, her strength, resilience, generosity, and the profound impact she had on all who knew her.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and in the countless memories she helped create. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
