WAI YUNG LEE, aged 95, passed away on November 7, 2024. She was born on November 3,1929 in Canton, China. Wai Yung was the beloved wife of the late Suey Kan (Ken) Lee who passed on June 30, 2024. They were married for 76 years and settled in Kensington, MD in 1970. Wai Yung was a devoted mother and homemaker. She is survived by five children: Siu Lee, Steven (Sylvia) Lee, Peter (Shirley) Lee, Judy (Ronald) Brooks, and Arthur (Mary) Lee; sixteen grandchildren: Jennifer, Allison, Christina, Jason, Thomas, Andrew, Jenna, Matthew, Melissa (Ben), Rachel (Tony), Timothy, Juliette, Adam, Alexander, Mitchell, and Makayla; and three great-grandchildren: Marceline, Mia, and Beau. A visitation will be held at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Dr., Gaithersburg, MD 20877 on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. and the service will begin at 11:00 a.m. An interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park, 12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853.
