William Litz Beavers, 78, died on Tuesday, April 8. Beloved husband and best friend of Libby Howe and devoted Dad to his adoring puppies Schlitzie and Boazie. Litz left Tazewell, Virginia as a young man and after service in Vietnam he relocated to the DC area where he owned and operated Litz Beavers Landscaping with great success. Arrangements private.
