Beloved Son of Pat Luper, Clarksburg, MD and John Luper and his wife Brenda, Gaithersburg, MD; dear brother of Michelle Herbert and her husband Tom, Gaithersburg, MD and Stephanie Fremming and her husband Jon, Ijamsville, MD; Uncle of Josh, Zak, Audrey and Kyle; Nephew of Larry Luper and his wife, Marie, Hagerstown, MD and Paulette Luper, Greensboro, NC; grandson of Clara Orange.

A celebration of Life will be held at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 E. Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 on Saturday, Dec. 12th at 3:30 p.m. with visitation from 2pm until 3:30 p.m.

Interment will be held privately.
