July 18th at her home in Sunrise Montgomery Village.
Zoe was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa and moved East to
complete her graduate studies. She was head librarian
at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab for many years.
Zoe is survived by a niece, 5 nephews and several great
nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her
parents, Elmer and Helen Carpenter, and her twin brother,
Robert. Zoe was an active and faithful member of St. Rose
of Lima Parish. Her funeral will be there on Monday, July
23rd at 11 am, preceded by visitation at 10:30. In lieu of
flowers, donations can be sent to St. Rose of Lima Church,
11701 Clopper Rd., Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
