My best friend lost her mother this week and I wish I could be with her and family. But my health doesn't permit. I have such wonderful memories of growing up with the Johnson family and Joyce. I send my love and prayers to all of you during this time of sorrow.

I loved the way Helen embraced life and her sense of humor! I,as many, have been so very blessed to have known her. It was not uncommon to see Helen at a festival or Red White and Boom. We enjoyed the ballet, luncheons and water exercise together for many years. Often when I was teaching a group, with some engrossed in their conversations, Helen was always right there exercising along with me (maybe it was part of what kept her so young). I'm honored to have known this special lady but sad to hear of her passing.

May God give you the strength that you need to make it to a brighter day!!
