Sherman and I were coworkers and good friends at Federal Glass and at General Motors.  He will be sadly missed in my life. And was there to help me move to Texas and offer encouragement as I headed out in a really large    over loaded U-Haul pulling our car behind me with our dog and son (and really scared).I'll always recall his slow smile and kindness.  We're better people for having known him.
