Billy was a Butcher for many years with Ratchford’s Meat Market in Guyton and was a Welder at Great Dane for 20 years and loved to hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Doris Moore Bowen.
Survivors are his sons, Gordon (Angela) Bowen, John L. Bowen, Billy Oscar Bowen II; a brother, Charles Bowen; grandchildren, Victoria Crowell and Amber Bowen.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 09, 2015 at the Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial: Lower Black Creek Cemetery.
