Mr. Mann served four years in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Lonice (Dot) Mann; sister, Frances Sue Pughsley; nieces, Pat Bragg Sallette (Michael), Bonnie Newman, Teresa Burkley; father-in-law, Thomas Raburn; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws; Sue Long (James), Carolyn Wells, (Robert), Charles Raburn, Ed Raburn (Lori), Quinell Elmer (Lyle), Nancy Soiset (Roger), and Eugene Raburn and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of his life at their home at a later date.
