James R. Harrell Jr., age 57, passed away October 15, 2012, in Effingham Co.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia Kay Harrell, daughters, Stacey Brown (Kent) & Jessica Hicks (Charles), grandchildren, Caroline Brown & Gabriel Hicks and a brother, Rickie Harrell (Marie).
