Mrs. Jo Anne Colson Helmuth

Mrs. Jo Anne Colson Helmuth born February 13th, 1945 in Charleston, SC, 67, passed away Thursday at Candler Hospital after a long illness. Mrs. Helmuth was married to Ronnie Helmuth, Sr. for 40 years. She retired after 28 years working with Chatham County and was also a member of Central Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Helmuth, Sr.; three sons Robert Poole, Jr. (Melissa), Richard Poole (Amy), and Ronnie Helmuth, Jr.; one sister, Lee Harris; 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be held at Fairhaven Funeral Homes & Crematory on Tuesday, January 15th, 2013 from 6 until 8 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 16th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kenny Harrelson officiating.

Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
